Great experience Great communication in that they let me know what steps are being taken. They covered the cost of the testing and the fix under warranty. Most dealers in the past made feel like i had to fight with them to get my warranty work done even if it was clearly under warranty by mileage and/or time. That was a great feeling getting my service done and not have to fight for my rights. Thank You Donley Ford!! More
