Was able to get an appointment for service within two weeks. I had two issues with my F150 - one serious one minor. Yank their franchise. They lie to us and couldn't even narrow down a simple problem for us. A problem with our tires that we figured out. I brought my car in for to be fixed, they didn’t test drive the car (miles in and out were the same) paid 375$ for spark plugs. Didn’t even get a mile down the road and my car was having the same problem drive the car (miles in and out were the same) paid 375$ for spark plugs. Didn’t even get a mile down the road and my car was having the same problems i brought it in for. Was told i could not have a refund nor could i have a credit applied to the next service. Mechanic and the manager of the service department were rude on the phone. Will not be having my car serviced here again, unless it’s something under my warranty. Extremely disappointed. More
