Brought f150 in for vibration at 55 mph. Asked for front end alignment check and wheel balancing as needed. Two and a half hours later, $100 poorer I can still tell when I hit 55 mph without looking at the end alignment check and wheel balancing as needed. Two and a half hours later, $100 poorer I can still tell when I hit 55 mph without looking at the speedometer. Jim Casebolt is wonderful to deal with but service department sucks. Not the first time I have been disappointed, but it it is the last time. Never going back for service More
