Fast, affordable, and fabulous I stopped into Done Deal without ant expectations or any real plans to buy a car, two hours later I officially owned a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.. I picked up my new to me Jeep 24 hours later registered and inspected. Matt, Dimitri, and Eddie really made my car buying decision a no brainer. Overall Positive Experience I found this dealership through a search on Cars.com, I was looking for used sedans and I found a really nice 2003 Toyota Corolla, I came to the deale I found this dealership through a search on Cars.com, I was looking for used sedans and I found a really nice 2003 Toyota Corolla, I came to the dealership and met Bianka, she was very nice and helpful, I also met Eddie Pavlotsky and Dimitri and they were very nice as well. The dealership is large with a big inventory of a wide variety of vehicles. Unfortunately I was not able to get the Corolla, but they did have a 2006 Ford Taurus SE that I liked as well and they worked very hard to get me a great deal, first on my trade and then on the bank loan. I was very impressed with the car, it's in great condition, very clean and nice. And the people there went out their way to help me, even giving me a discount for my military service which was very much appreciated. I would recommend this dealer for anyone that is looking for a used car that is in great condition for a great price! You won't be disappointed. Thanks Done Deal Motors! I was looking for a premium quality 2005-2006 Jeep TJ “Rubicon” and we were willing to tra My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Done Deal Motors. I was looking for a premium quality 2005-2006 Jeep TJ “Rubicon” and we were willing to travel across state lines if necessary. Done Deal Motors delivered! The staff was gracious at all times during the buying process which included placing the vehicle on a “curtesy hold” due to the distance we needed to travel. Upon arrival at the dealership it was obvious to me that Done Deal Motors specializes in low mileage, quality vehicles which I later confirmed in a conversation with one of the owners. The best part of the purchase was approval by management to allow a warranty repair by my Jeep mechanic in Maine. During my state inspection, an expensive rusted “wear” item needed replacement. I contacted the dealership to discuss my repair options expressing my desire for the work to be done locally. We negotiated a fair and equitable price to accommodate my request. Fantastic business!! So this was my first time ever walking into a dealership and making a vehicle purchase, I was very nervous walking through the doors of the unknown. I So this was my first time ever walking into a dealership and making a vehicle purchase, I was very nervous walking through the doors of the unknown. I was greeted by a smiling face. Matthew who was more than willing to help. He led me inside to the woman I had spoken with on the phone where she had given him the details on which vehicle I had inquired about. The dealership had already brought the vehicle to the front before I had even showed up, it was all washed up and ready for me to ohh and aww over. Matthew was very knowledgeable of the vehicle which I found to be very helpful because I had no idea whats I was looking at. The dealership is in a convnient location, allowing you to test drive the vehice on both small back roads, and also getting on the gas pedal a little more with the highway being close by. So now that I was sold on buying the vehicle, the big guns stepped in to take over and get down to to the money talk which I was not looking forward to. My nerves were soon washed away after speaking with the owner Dmitry. Dmitry is an outstanding gentleman, he was very welcoming, and really made an effort in getting to know me. As a Veteran Dmitry along with all of the other staff made sure that I was taken care of properly, I can't count on both hands on how many times I was thanked for my service and had my hand shaken. I was soon handed over to the financial manager, Edward. Again I was very very impressed with his work. Edward was very enthusiastic about getting the deal done and getting it done in the right manner. He was quick to breakdown everything in terms in which I could understand, and not throw a bunch of busniness lingo at me. I was happy with the APR I recieved which had taken some more work than we had expected but Edward and Dmitry got the deal done!! I walked out of Done Deal Motors as a proud owner of my first big vehicle purchase.
