Good experiance with Done Deal Motors I purchased a very clean 2014 Ford F150 from Done Deal Motors 2 months back. Unfortunately upon getting the vehicle home i discovered a couple of I purchased a very clean 2014 Ford F150 from Done Deal Motors 2 months back. Unfortunately upon getting the vehicle home i discovered a couple of missing rubber splash shields missing and a broken radio antennae wire. I am sure the dealership had no idea these problems existed. I contacted Dimitre of Done Deal Motors and he quickly reimbursed me for the missing shields and replacement antennae. Also, when I purchased the vehicle it came with only one key. Dimitre stated if he could find the second key he would send it to me. 3 weeks later I received the key and the original owners manual from them. Thumbs up to Done Deal Motors for following through with their promises and putting me in a great vehicle at a fair price. Mack M. More

Below Average -EDITED 10/27/15 My husband and I recently purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Done Deal Motors. The sales representative was so unsure on how to market the vehicle to My husband and I recently purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Done Deal Motors. The sales representative was so unsure on how to market the vehicle to us that he tried selling us on the fact that the vehicle had 5 cup holders for a vehicle that only can carry 4 people - wow how great. There were minor things with the vehicle that we pointed out before we purchased it, such as one of the rear lights/reflectors being broken/missing plastic, and the windshield having a huge scratch across the drivers side. They said that they would buff out the scratch and replace the plastic for the light - let me tell you, NEITHER GOT DONE. When we left we didn't realize the scratch wasn't touched on the windshield until we got home (a little over two hours away). We called Dimitri and asked if he could get someone to fix the scratch and we were told us to claim it on our insurance instead of taking care of it themselves. We had to call multiple times about getting the rear plastic cover for the light/reflector and it has been over one month and we have yet to see that. Another thing we thought was strange is that any vehicle we have purchased from dealerships in the past have always come with a full tank of gas upon pick-up... not the Mini Cooper. To make matters worse, they assured us that we would have 7-10 days to register the vehicle across state lines and we could use the trade in vehicle's plates until we were able to get to the DMV. ILLEGAL- we got pulled over a couple of days later and lucky we didn't get ticketed. They do not know neighboring state's laws and that is a BIG ISSUE. In the end, they have the worst customer service we have ever seen, if there was a "no star" option for customer service, we'd choose that. We would never recommend them or go back to buy from them. ***Edited - 10/27/15- Received a call from Done Deal Motors offering to fix the issues with the vehicle. We have not taken the vehicle back up to them yet (as it is ~2 hours away). We will probably take them up on their offer. Not sure if we'd purchase another vehicle from the dealership - but overall not a horrific experience. More

Great dealership! Done Deal Motors are a great dealership if you do not want to be pressured into something. Thanks to the team at this dealership I was able to get the car of my dreams (White and Tan Infiniti QX56) at a great price and I could not be happier with them. Eddie, the finance agent, was great to work with. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. Adam and Matt, the two sales people that worked with me were also very knowledgeable. They knew everything about the car that I was looking at and neither pressure you into anything. When I decided that I would be buying the Infiniti, they filled the tank with gas, washed and vacuumed it again, and explained to me how to use the intelligent key. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family. I definitely will be buying another car from Done Deal in the future. More
