Best car buying experience ever! I just had the most painless and positive car buying experience of my life at Done Deal Motors. After looking at Cars.com I contacted them about a Pr I just had the most painless and positive car buying experience of my life at Done Deal Motors. After looking at Cars.com I contacted them about a Prius they were advertising. I made an appointment to look at the car and when I arrived it was ready for me to test drive. Unfortunately it did not have enough leg room for me but when I asked about other Toyotas they had a number of options for me. I settled on an older vehicle that was less expensive than the Prius but my salesperson, Adam, showed the same enthusiasm and helpfulness as when I was looking at the more expensive Prius. Everything about the process was smooth as silk. I test drove the car, I negotiated a price for my trade-in, I took the Toyota to my mechanic (who loved it), I financed the car and I drove it off the lot that day. The next week I returned to have their detail guy, Paul, buff it out for me and the 2004 Toyota looks brand new! I thank Adam, Dmitry, Shauni and Paul for a flawless experience and an awesome car!
