Horrible service I would never recommend this place. I read a few bad reviews on them and decided to still buy my car from them anyways. The car has turned into a money pit and Done Deal refuses to fix any of the issues. I bought a Jeep and the head lights stopped working, which they did replace with dimmer bulbs than I bought the car with. I bought GAP insurance from them and cancelled it within a week, and they "lost the check", then two and a half months after I cancelled finally wrote me a check for less than I bought the GAP for. The car only came with one key which stopped working after two weeks (I can't unlock my doors or use the automatic starter). They told me that they cannot fix keys and I would have to take it somewhere else (I contacted a REAL Jeep dealership and cost over $225). The emergency brake on the car didn't work either, which the claimed it did when I bought it, which is false. One of the tires has a slow leak, which I also had to pay to get fixed. The biggest issue was with the fuel tank, when I would pump gas the car would not register as full causing the gas pump to keep going until it over flowed. I notified them within 60 days of buying the car, but they didn't schedule any appointment until the warranty was over, and now refuse to cover it (even though it was an issue with the car during the warranty time). I was told by Done Deal that it was a fuel tank issue and would cost a lot of money to repair (and they will not cover it). The brakes also need to be replaced. The alarm on the hood of the car (to protect my engine block) also did not work. This is my first time buying from a used car dealership, and while I realized that they would overcharge me for the vehicle (I ended up paying more for the used car than I would for a new car), they are unbelievable. I have not owned the car for long enough (less than 3 months) or drive it enough for it to have this many issues. I have not been able to take it to an official Jeep dealership to see what other issues the car may be hiding, but with Done Deal behind the car I'm sure there are quite a few. More
Not so happy. The car had not had what I would consider "basic" servicing prior to us driving it off the lot. We continue to find things that need repair that shoul The car had not had what I would consider "basic" servicing prior to us driving it off the lot. We continue to find things that need repair that should not have been overlooked prior to purchase. For instance: it started snowing when we left the dealership, once on the pike we discovered the wipers were dry rot hard. Had to pull into the first rest stop and buy wipers. Within the next few months the driver seat broke, the alignment was bad, the transmission went, many of the connectors under the hood were dry rot, we were told it had 4 run flat tires ( which is good since a mini doesn't have a spare ) when we got a nail in one of the tires we found out that In fact the car had two regular tires and two run flats , had to buy new tires and have alignment fixed again. When we went to have the oil changed there was only the top part of the dip stick. Much time and money was spent looking for the other end of the stick, only to find out there wasn't one. Had to buy a new dip stick. This ment that it was like that when it was at the dealer. Did I mention the transmission went and now there is something wrong with the steering. I understand that this was an older car and I expect some fixes, but I was told the price was what it was because the car was in such good shape. We were also told it was a one owner car, but when looking thru the owners Manuel we found a copy of an old registration and it was not the person or address or town that was on the car fax. Oh and the heated seats they they said it had....do not exist. More

What I would expect I must say my sales lady Bianka was super friendly answered all my questions and was very professional. She was the only good thing about this dealers I must say my sales lady Bianka was super friendly answered all my questions and was very professional. She was the only good thing about this dealership. Paying about 2k over list price I expected I bit more from this dealership. After signing the papers Eddie was super pushy trying to get me to buy his extended warranty. I said no like 7 times. He's was pretty annoying about it. After explaining to him I wasent getting his warranty ,his friendly demeanor changed and he was sour the rest of the time I was there. Exactly what I would expect from a person who runs a car dealer ship . Since there was about 100k miles on the Tahoe. I asked (Eddie the manager ) if there had been a vugerus inspection over the vehicle and was assured that all the routine maintenance had been done . Turns out ,The spark plugs where junk and the 2 of the coils ended up being bad . it's was $800 of work. 2 weeks after I bought my Tahoe , the check engine light came on. I brought it to my mechanic and he told me there was a leak in the exhaust. Also that my AC Lines were leaking. He also told me that it was very apparent that they tryed to half xxx fix and cover up the problems . When I confronted them about it they just blame there mechanic , like they have nothing to do with it. I only bought this car because I was tired of looking and they had the one I wanted. I'd never go back here again. More

I went there after work and had the deal done that night and drove the car home. The one problem with the car was it only had one key fob. As I was in with Ed finishing up the finance paper work Dimitri came in and said "he knew a guy at the dealership where the car came from and would see if he could track down the other key fob. " Dimitri is a man of his word and I had the spare key fob by the weekend. Not only that, I had lost my old title and they worked with me to get a new one. Absolutely the easiest and best dealership transaction I have ever had. I would highly recommend Done Deal Motors More
