She responded quickly and had the car I was interested waiting for me in front of the showroom. Matt was my salesperson. He was helpful and kept in contact without being pushy or annoyingly aggressive. One of the owners, Dmitri, was fair and settled the final agreement without a song & dance salesman show routine. Eddie took care of the paperwork and details efficiently and answered all my questions. My new-to-me car had new floor mats and the owners manual was in the glove box. After the initial purchase, I had to stop by the office a few more times. Dmitri recognized and greeted me each time and found the right employee to handle my question. The repair I needed after purchase Riannon set up with the technicians and it was taken care of in the shop onsite. Their inventory includes luxury vehicles, sporty SUVs, family cars, work vans and even a Trans AM! Done Deal Motors treated me fairly and kept up their end of our deal honorably. The employees seem to enjoy a good comradery and they smile even when costumers are not directly in front of them.
