They had the vehicle I wanted and the miles, condition and the price was right. Shauni quickly introduced me to one of the owners who was as down to earth and pleasant as you could want. We tested our new Aspen, told them we wanted it and left a deposit. The next day we went in and signed papers with Eddie their F and I guy and left completely satisfied. The process was surprisingly easy and STRESSLESS! Pros to the hilt. When you want a quality vehicle and no aggravation go see these people. It was nice to be treated with respect. More

Admittedly, I was ambivalent about making such a large purchase ($42,000) from a used car I visited Done Deal Motors to purchase a 2010 Lexus SC 430. Admittedly, I was ambivalent about making such a large purchase ($42,000) from a used car dealership, particularly because it is far from where I live and I didn't know anyone at the dealership either personally or through a friend. I'm happy to say it was a very pressure free, no hassle and thoroughly professional experience. Initially, I worked mostly with Bianca who I found to be pleasant, courteous and professional. I returned a second time to test drive the vehicle and Dmitry (the owner) allowed me to take the vehicle out unsupervised. On my third visit he allowed me to take the vehicle to Lexus for a full inspection, again unsupervised. At this point I thought this is a very reputable place and I just felt very comfortable and confident in buying there. The clincher (other than the car which I love) was Dmitry. He took the time to talk to me about the vehicle, compromise on a few minor issues (he had a second key made and put new tires on my vehicle, all at no charge). Aside from being a very likable, affable guy, he's a great businessman and understands how to treat customers with courtesy and respect. Eddie too (the finance manager) was also very down-to-earth, helpful and pleasant with whom to work. Of course I bought the vehicle and love it! I strongly recommend checking out Done Deal Motors if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. I haven't been to many used car lots but I highly doubt there are many that operate at this standard of excellence. More

My purchase at Done Deal Motors I had an accident where my car was totaled. Everyone was fine but now I had to find a new one before the loaner ran out .While wandering the internet I had an accident where my car was totaled. They had a good selection of reasonably priced cars so I went there . Everyone was helpful and patient . I met Adam Shultz and he spent almost 4 hours trying to get me in a car. I left that Saturday without a car (most dealers frown on this) . When I told my wife about the dealership and how nice everyone was ,I went back to the website and found a car I liked .I bought it on Sunday picked it up on Monday and it's been a great car since . I would recommend Adam and Done Deal Motors to anyone looking for a good car. More
