They had a rare car that I was looking for, and despite the fact that they had been sitting on this thing for 9 months, they not only would not drop the price, they wouldn't do any of the work to it that I asked for. Like brakes for one. Their in house mech said that they were fine, yet 9 months later I need them done now. This is a manual transmission. Brakes are hardly used. I went to rotate the tires today and found that there were locking lugnuts on it and no key to be found anywhere in the vehicle. Called them looking for it and they said they don't have it. That tells me that in all of that time they were sitting on it, and the week and a half that I left it with them to do what I wanted them to do, they never once took the wheels off. A multi-point inspection that they claim to do cannot be done without removing wheels. They couldn't even put any floor mats in this thing. Paid almost 20k. You guys can't even spring for floor mats? Steer clear of these crooks. More

A Pleasant Buying Experience June 2016 - We were actually assisting my son who was looking to buy a vehicle (Jeep) and saw an ad for one at Done Deal Motors. The Jeep he was inte June 2016 - We were actually assisting my son who was looking to buy a vehicle (Jeep) and saw an ad for one at Done Deal Motors. The Jeep he was interested in was unavailable at the time and we turned to leave when my wife happened to notice a Lexus RX 350 on the show room floor. She looked at it and thought it was very nice and then we left. A couple of days later we returned to see if the vehicle was still available and inquired about the price. We spoke first to a sale associate and then to Dimetry, the owner. A test drive and an hour later, my wife purchased the Lexus. We were both extremely pleased with Bianka, Matt and Dimetry, all professional and knowledgeable individuals. No high pressure sale, answered all our questions honestly, all were courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this dealership. If they say they will do something for you, believe them, they keep their promises (something that many dealerships don't do after the sale is completed). To Dimetry and Matt thank you for making this buying experience something we will remember. More
