I was specifically looking for something with a manual transmission which is hard to find. I finally found an option here, which was a fairly rare Audi A5 6 speed manual with the 3.2 V6 engine. I went in and drove it and the team are very friendly, relaxed and happy to help. They were very flexible and patient through the purchase process as I was off traveling and could not get the deal done immediately. They helped me finalize the paperwork on my return and got the plates all sorted for me which was extremely helpful as I had no car at that point. More

I found the website online and in less the 5 minutes after I submitted my personal information, I received a phone call from Shauni, she was very polite, friendly and professional and answered a couple of questions that I had regarding the car right away. She also set up an appoiment so I could take a look of the car in person. When I showed up for the appoiment they had the car ready waiting for me, I met with Bianka and she is outgoing, funny and at the same time professional and knowledgeable, she showed me the car and explained to me all the features that the car had. The test drive was amazing and after that I knew that was the one that I was looking for. Eddy helped me with the paperwork, He made everything very easy and suggested a few coverage plans that they have available that are very affordable. Overall I can not be happier with the car that I got and with the treatment that everybody on Done Deal gave me. More

Worst car buying experience in my life. I bought a 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3 litre from Done Deal in July, 2016. My experience so far has been the worst car buying experience I think anyone co I bought a 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3 litre from Done Deal in July, 2016. My experience so far has been the worst car buying experience I think anyone could ever imagine. Done Deal represented the vehicle as being in "mint" condition and I asked for pictures of the undercarriage so I could see the condition of the vehicle as to any rust. They painted over the rust and sent me pictures that made it look like it was not very rusty. We paid more than usual for a similar vehicle because we thought we were getting a mint condition vehicle. We also asked if there were any mechanical issues and we were told it had been through several inspections and they would have replaced anything that needed repair and that the tires were in good condition. We live in Nevada and paid over $1800 to have the vehicle shipped to us. As soon as we received the vehicle and drove it for the first time the vehicle violently shook back and forth as there was something seriously wrong with the steering. There was also a serious vibration coming from the rear of the vehicle. We took it to a mechanic and he pulled a chunk of metal out of the differential. The mechanic also said there was excessive rust throughout the undercarriage and body of the vehicle. The mechanic said it would cost over $5000 to fix the known mechanical issues and there might be more mechanical issues to fix. We also took it to a body shop to estimate what it would cost to fix the rust. They refused to even estimate because the rust was so extensive. So we went to another shop and they said it would cost around $15,000 because the frame might not be repairable with all the rust. We requested all of our money back, including the money we paid to ship and the money we paid to register and title/taxes. Done Deal refused and said it was our fault we did not inspect the vehicle for ourselves before buying the vehicle. We felt Done Deal was being honest when they sold the vehicle to us. After many weeks of negotiations, and a letter threatening to sue Done Deal, Done Deal agreed to buy it back once the vehicle was back at Done Deal in Massachusetts. They did not agree to reimburse our shipping costs or our registration fees or title/taxes. Done Deal paid for and arranged to have it shipped back to Done Deal. While the vehicle was being shipped back to Done Deal it burned down on the shipping trailer. Done Deal said they had the car insured and they say they are working to get us paid for the vehicle. However, we have received no other assurances that we will be paid and are out a lot of money. I have pictures of everything from pre-purchase to our own inspection of the rust and the pictures of the vehicle after burning down. I hope Done Deal makes us whole. I will update if they do. More
