I walked away with a great 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 and a smile on my face. The quality of the cars they carry is very apparent. Each one is in the exact condition they would want for their own personal cars meaning they are all very well kept. I will absolutely be coming back here when it is time to buy another car. More

In every aspect, these people were great! I knew the car I wanted from the True Car app. I went in, met with Matt, he hooked me up with a couple of cars to test drive, and I was all set. best car dealership I was out looking at so many used car dealerships to replace my 2003 chevy tahoe....After about 4 places I gave up....One day I found Done Deals on l I was out looking at so many used car dealerships to replace my 2003 chevy tahoe....After about 4 places I gave up....One day I found Done Deals on line and could not believe my eyes they had a 2004 chevy tahoe with such low miles on it....So one nite after work I took a ride over there little over an hour and said this is probably a waste of my time but I did it anyways... When I arrived I could not believe my eyes with all the inventory of beautiful cars and trucks they had....I went inside and the showroom was amazing...Best of all the staff were wonderful....Very polite and helpful....Actually they were working together as a team and not against each other....There was a gentlemen standing t here and I told him that I came out to see the 2004 Tahoe and when I saw it I had to have it....So I was telling him how I went threw so many other dealerships and was not happy I did not even bring my check book or credit card with me....I told him how I was so impressed with the dealership and thought was a wonderful thing that all of the staff were great with each other....I then found out when he said Thank you so much for telling me that and realized he was not just the sales person....Dmitry and I worked out that I would be out the next day with my deposit to hold the car....He was true to his word, I did go back out and took care of that and on the car mirror was a hold sign....Needless to say the deal went threw, its been a few months now and I have never been happier.... I have never found a car dealership that works with you and also cares about you the buyer the way Done Deals cares.....Before you make your purchase anywhere else you need to check out Done Deals.....I am starting a new business venture next February and this will be the place I go for my vehicle....There are not enough starts to place on this review to show how great of an experience I have had.....Thanks Dmitry for your help and having such a trustworthy dealership....
