Outstanding Customer Service My experance with Done Deal Motors was fantastic! I originally found my new car online from cars.com. Once I found my the car I wanted I emailed Done My experance with Done Deal Motors was fantastic! I originally found my new car online from cars.com. Once I found my the car I wanted I emailed Done Deal Motors and not even 5 min later I receive a phone call from Shauni Turner she was very polite and got me all the information I asked for. Then she scheduled an appointment for me to come down and test drive the car witch I was there the next day. After I made the appointment Shauni explained to me that she would have the car parked right out front when I pulled in. Witch was true! When I pulled in the lot I saw my next car right in front of the door. I got out of my car and looked over the car before I went in to see if it was everything that the dealer said it was and again the car was just how they discribed it to be. So I walked in and I was greated by Shauni I told her who I was and she shook my hand and welcomed me with a fantastic smile. Then she introduced me to the sales man named Dmitry who would be taking care of me. Dmitry is a straight forward guy witch I like a lot! He grabbed the keys and we went for a test drive. The car was amazing just how they had explained it online it was smooth and all the maitnence records and a carfax were waiting for me upon my arrival back from the test drive. We sat down and talked numbers witch was great because Dmitry is so straight up that we came to a final price in no time. The next step was I filled out the credit app and I was going to bring in my trade the following day. Before I got there in the morning I got a phone call from Edward Pavlotsky the F&I guy he told me that I was pre-approved at a great rate! I brought my trade in a little later that day and they looked at it and payed it off for me witch is what I wanted. Then Edward and I finished all the paper work on my new car and by the time we got done they brought it out from the detail shop and let me tell you it looked fantastic! I was very pleased with the whole car buying processes and I would recommend this dealer to anyone! On top of the great buying process that I had already had Shauni called me a couple of days after I bought the car and she asked me how everything was going and if I had any questions/issues witch blew my mind because once you leave a dealer they are normally done with you but not this dealer. They are focused on you as the customer and their product that they sold to you. I am an Area Field Manager for a massive company and I am all about customer service.....and so is this dealer! More

Full Service, Great customer service I normally don't give 5 stars, but I couldn't find a reason not to. I purchased the vehicle here and have had it serviced, but recently they exceeded I normally don't give 5 stars, but I couldn't find a reason not to. I purchased the vehicle here and have had it serviced, but recently they exceeded any expectations after I had an accident. After I got the vehicle home, I notified DD Motors that I would have AAA tow it to the shop. DD picked up the vehicle, assessed the damage prior to the appraiser arriving and had the parts ready to ship once the appraiser approved the repairs. I had my vehicle less than 48 hours after the appraiser visit. Enough said. More
