I contacted this dealer about a truck they advertised on cars.com They told me the truck was in great shape-clean report. I flew out to tx to get the truck. After getting the truck back to florida I had my mechanic check it and to my surprise it needed a $2300 transfer case. These crooks knew about the problem and stuck that truck right up u know were. PLEASE learn from my being taken and don't sign an as is agreement or a litigation only document in there area as these two forms strip you of going back after them when they screw you. The vehicle that I bought was advertised as having a remote keyless entry (imagine that). They DID NOT provide the key. Over 6 months of certified letters, complaints, calls to the Secretary of the Stat remote keyless entry (imagine that). They DID NOT provide the key. Over 6 months of certified letters, complaints, calls to the Secretary of the State of Texas (with a name of Awatif Elhalaby as the company rep) I have not received 1 call back from them. The last time that I spoke to the sales/management team that sold the car to me I was told (by "Horacio") to go buy a key. Sammy Elhalaby is the owner. I am looking to the present staff to supply the refund. I have yet to speak to Sammy. Perhaps, he may help. Josh Peacock was the salesperson who sold the car to me. He failed to inform me about the problem. I will look to the courts for a resolution if the current management cannot help. Also, when I have called on several occasions and asked for names I have often been refused the last names of the sales staff/management. More
