Failed to do even a complete detailing, much less the surface protection that was a mandatory $1500 charge. Salesperson said they would schedule it, never did. UPDATE: Cody reached out to me, offering to pay for the headliner repair, and have the surface protection done. Once that is complete, I'll update again. It was definitely refreshing that he didn't offer excuses, but an apology and action. More
