While the service was excellent from start to finish, the big surprise at payment was not. We would have brought a check had we known there would be a 3% fee for credit card payment. My suggestion: either build the fee into the cost since the majority pay with card now OR notify the customer when calling to inform them that their vehicle is ready so they can have the option to avoid the fee. That adds up on large repair bills. More
