I called the first part of January to set up an appointment for my truck and was told it would be the end of January before they could get to it for a diagnostic. I then had my truck towed on the appointment for my truck and was told it would be the end of January before they could get to it for a diagnostic. I then had my truck towed on the 24th of January thinking that it was going to have someone doing a diagnostic on it the next week. Next week came with no diagnostics. I think it was the first part of March before anyone ever really done a diagnostic for my truck. Was told that it would be finished on March the 19th and ready for pickup on the 20th, received a call on the 20th saying that it wasn't ready yet and The mechanic would have it completed on Friday evening, but wouldn't have time to test drive it until Monday evening. Finally on March the 24th I got my truck back. I missed 4 days of work waiting for my truck to get out of the shop. More

I’m handicapped and had to struggle to walk inside to get a service advisor to help me. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Denali Ultimate. After the service was completed a a service advisor to help me. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Denali Ultimate. After the service was completed a nice lady came to the waiting room to tell me that my vehicle was ready. The cashier handed me the keys and the service lady told me that my vehicle was parked out on the lot. Never offered to bring it under the portico for me, so I struggled my way across the lot to get it myself. I was also somewhat disappointed that I didn’t get an exterior wash either. My vehicle wasn’t that dirty, but a rinsing off would have been much appreciated. I own an Acura MDX and when I bring it in for service they always have it washed when I pick it up. Just a goodwill builder in my opinion. More
