Service advisor Dave, never once returned my calls or gave correct information In the 4 weeks my car was there. I had to call twice a day just for Dave to tell me he was going to call me back and never gave correct information In the 4 weeks my car was there. I had to call twice a day just for Dave to tell me he was going to call me back and never once did. When we did get the chance to talk, it was full of incorrect information and telling me I'd get a loaner car tomorrow. Well after 20+ days of that I had to talk to either Mark or John to get anything moved forward. I talked to John for about 5 minutes and had my rental and all my questions answered. This is a real and serious problem here. More
