Quick Service & Friendly Staff I just needed some routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation) and they were wonderful! I waited there for the work to be done. Ejoy Using Quick Lane I am always treated well during my visits to Quick Lane. I feel that Wendy Carlson, the new Quick Lane Manager is a great asset to the Department. I love the new window Service sticker she has implemented for the car windows. Now all the needed information is there and Finally legible. Hope she stays around for a long time. Worst service dept Had a 9:00am appointment at 11:15 my car had not even been touched!! The vehicle was moved from the garage and parked in the parking lot. TO MUCH GAS I LIVE 40 MIN. AWAY FROM THE SHOP. SET UP A DATE AND TIME TO DO A RECALL ON OUR FORD ESCAPE, MY WIFE TOOK THE DAY OFF AND DROPPED THE CAR OFF. I MEE I LIVE 40 MIN. AWAY FROM THE SHOP. SET UP A DATE AND TIME TO DO A RECALL ON OUR FORD ESCAPE, MY WIFE TOOK THE DAY OFF AND DROPPED THE CAR OFF. I MEET HER, THEN THREE HOURS LATER WE GET A CALL THAT SAID “ TO MUCH GAS IN THE TANK, WE CAN’T DO THE RECALL. PLEASE PICK UP THE CAR AND BRING IT BACK WITH LESS THAN A ¼ TANK”. I PICKED UP THE CAR BUT, WILL NOT BE BRINGING IT BACK. OVER 5 HOURS TO GET NOTHING DONE. WE WERE NEVER TOLD HOW MUCH GAS TO HAVE IN THE TANK AND IT'S NOT ON THE RECALL SLIP WE GOT IN THE MAIL. More
