Service good-detailing not so much. The front cup holders were not at all clean, the back seat still had marks and some debris on one side, and the child's car set, which was uninstalled by the detailer, was just tossed in the back seat. It also appeared that the car seat had been put on a dirty garage floor. More

Loss of confidence Initially I took my truck in for a check engine light for the noc sensor. Three time later and a new sensor and I’m still not sure it’s fixed right. N Initially I took my truck in for a check engine light for the noc sensor. Three time later and a new sensor and I’m still not sure it’s fixed right. No check engine light so that’s good. One of the time I also requested it to be inspected. They initially stated it needed multiple front end parts . Drag link and ball joint later I picked up the truck and found that the steering wheel was crooked. I asked for the alignment information and that wasn’t provided even though they said they would. After another visit. It seems correct. Not 100% sure though! Should I stay our should I go? More
Got Greased! Really not happy with the greasy fingerprints on the glass and areas of the car from the inspection. Then a week later not very happy with "many grease spots" on the drivers side leather seat also more greasy finger prints on the vehicle and glass. I understand the nature of those jobs but a little more care and maybe a little QC would go a long way so customers don't feel like those days they referred to staff as grease xxxxxxx. I assume this is not done intentionally but a little more care or clean-up - and why cover the seat with plastic and still get grease spots all over. More
Recall done I called at 10:30 am and they told me to bring it in by noon and it would be done. I brought it in at 11:45am and it took about 2-3 hours to do. NY State inspection Came in for a NY State Inspection on a 2011 vehicle, it did not pass due to a leak on the rack and pinion steering. I was told it would be about $1500 Came in for a NY State Inspection on a 2011 vehicle, it did not pass due to a leak on the rack and pinion steering. I was told it would be about $1500 plus tax to fix. The service tech asked me a couple times if I wanted to shop the lot and get something different. I paid the $21 and left your service center with an uninspected car and no inspection sticker. I stopped at a friends house who is a mechanic and he didn't see any leaks. I brought the car to another service center and explained what Dons Ford Service center told me. They inspected the car and said there was nothing wrong with the car except one light bulb was out. I left with an inspected car. I have been coming to your service center quite a bit, I own 7 cars and a motorcycle. I believe its time for me to go elsewhere to service my vehicles. More
Very pleased Have always had excellent service at Don's Ford Quick Lane service center. I just wish the service was the same at all of their dealerships. My dealership moved so I followed them for service. No longer a Quick Lane and definitely different service. I will return to having routine service at Don's Ford. More
