Warranty paint repair The hood of my truck had multiple paint flaws. The Body Shop Mgr seemed to think it was repainted. The body shop repainted the hood but still had many flaws. I did not accept it and they re re painted it. The flaws are gone but the hood does not look as good as the rest of the truck. More
Repair service. Finally got the dealership to replace my driver side mirror (folding side mirror would collapse properly but it would unfold 180 degrees backwards and Finally got the dealership to replace my driver side mirror (folding side mirror would collapse properly but it would unfold 180 degrees backwards and not return back to it’s starting position). I brought it in they said they would fix it. They didn’t. Brought it back they said Ford needed pictures of it to cover it under warranty, they took pictures. Didn’t hear anything back for two weeks. Stopped back in, they said they lost the paper work and would resubmit it. Two weeks passed so I stopped back in, they said it’s on the way. Two more weeks go by finally I get a notice in the mail that the part was in. Brought it in they stated it was fixed and replaced the mirror mechanism. While driving it home, checked the mirror to see how it was working and you guessed it, the mirror doesn’t work!! It doesn’t collapse at all. How does the service technician replace a part and not see if it works? This should’ve been an easy fix. More
