NY State inspection Came in for a NY State Inspection on a 2011 vehicle, it did not pass due to a leak on the rack and pinion steering. I was told it would be about $1500 plus tax to fix. The service tech asked me a couple times if I wanted to shop the lot and get something different. I paid the $21 and left your service center with an uninspected car and no inspection sticker. I stopped at a friends house who is a mechanic and he didn't see any leaks. I brought the car to another service center and explained what Dons Ford Service center told me. They inspected the car and said there was nothing wrong with the car except one light bulb was out. I left with an inspected car. I have been coming to your service center quite a bit, I own 7 cars and a motorcycle. I believe its time for me to go elsewhere to service my vehicles. More
Very pleased Have always had excellent service at Don's Ford Quick Lane service center. I just wish the service was the same at all of their dealerships. My dealership moved so I followed them for service. No longer a Quick Lane and definitely different service. I will return to having routine service at Don's Ford. More

Brought my 2018 Escape ten months ago have with 5500 miles on it took it in for an oil change "The Works" I was told my rear brakes calipers needed to be serviced - lubricated at a cost of $89.95 not covered on my 3 year bumper to bumper warranty so I had to pay for this, also told my Rewards Card could not be used, the Military Discount Card that they sent me also could not be used. Seems like this extra charge was not really necessary with such low mileage on my vehicle but I was talked into it by the service employee. Still don't know why either my Rewards Card or my Military Discount card could not be used. Very disappointed in this I have bought several vehicles from Carbone and have been always treated fairly - what happen here seems very unusual from Don's Ford. More
