I've switched dealers for my maintenance to Dons Ford because of how quick and friendly the staff is. I decided to trade in my current vehicle for a new Ford and of course I went to Dons Ford! They over charged me for the work done. Performed work i did not request. Startd to work on a recall i was not aware of and I waitedalmost three hours and it didn't work( software issue on Performed work i did not request. The next day i recieved a coupon from don's ford this would have cost me $69 and it cost me $109. With a free car wash. Called Sat AM and they said he would mail me a refund. Now I have to make another trip and hopfully they can do the recall. When asked about the car wash He told me it was out of service!?? What would YOU DO??
