They over charged me for the work done. Performed work i did not request. Startd to work on a recall i was not aware of and I waitedalmost three hours and it didn't work( software issue on Performed work i did not request. The next day i recieved a coupon from don's ford this would have cost me $69 and it cost me $109. With a free car wash. Called Sat AM and they said he would mail me a refund. Now I have to make another trip and hopfully they can do the recall. When asked about the car wash He told me it was out of service!?? What would YOU DO?? Talked to a sales person abot leasing an escape. Never got a call back.... More

Horrible they literally switched the price without telling us and added over 3k in warranties that I told them not to. I have pictures of everything and have filed.
