The day I was there more than 4 people and myself for some reason needed 1 extra service on their vehicle. Very suspicious, my car was done in one hour but they failed to tell me and had me wait 3 hours some reason needed 1 extra service on their vehicle. Also they never reset my oil program and didn't fill out any paperwork for multipoint inspection. Had to come back after work to get it settled. Another gentleman got tires added and cost him $1110 extra. This place used to be packed, I see why there is less and less people there now. More

Dealership was good. But waiting two and half weeks for warranty repairs is a lot. Then we had to take time off from work to travel back to Tennessee to get my car when it was finally fixed. Only to come home and have another issue a few weeks later and be with out my car again.
