I bought my car in July 2024 and I'm still waiting for them to fix side mirrors as promised and fix TPMS light that came on with in 10 mins of sale! I understand part had to be ordered but really? The day I was there more than 4 people and myself for some reason needed 1 extra service on their vehicle. Very suspicious, my car was done in one hour but they failed to tell me and had me wait 3 hours some reason needed 1 extra service on their vehicle. Very suspicious, my car was done in one hour but they failed to tell me and had me wait 3 hours to and extra labor cost. Also they never reset my oil program and didn't fill out any paperwork for multipoint inspection. Had to come back after work to get it settled. Another gentleman got tires added and cost him $1110 extra. This place used to be packed, I see why there is less and less people there now. More
