I was greeted promptly on a Saturday afternoon with no pressure. Mr Jerry made good use of our time in presenting good options for my needs. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle I had selected and did a good job of expediting the paperwork process. It was Saturday evening by the time we wrapped up the deal so some of the staff had gone home which made for a trip back to Dons for detailing and (some) fuel in my tank.... But they did provide me with a loaner while they had my truck, and did deliver on what they said they would. Overall it was one of the best car buying experiences to date. I look forward to doing business with them again. More
