I can only write about my experience with one salesman. Found a used vehicle that I really wanted and filled in the pre-ap on line. Salesman called the next day and we spoke. He said let me speak with my b Found a used vehicle that I really wanted and filled in the pre-ap on line. Salesman called the next day and we spoke. He said let me speak with my boss and I will call you back. Short time later he called and said everything is good and to set up an appointment to get the vehicle. I asked, does this mean that I am okay to get the vehicle, and he replied Yes. I set the appointment for early next day as it was past noon and I had to work. Got home and received a message that they had sold the vehicle that I thought I had already taken off the market and that they had set aside for me. Try to sell me another vehicle. At this point they had lost my trust in them. Spent $15.000.00 at another dealership the next day. Their loss. More
