I bought the car and it wasn't cleaned. I was told to bring it back for them to detail it and buff out the scratches. I took it back and they washed it and said that I needed to come back again as the gu bring it back for them to detail it and buff out the scratches. I took it back and they washed it and said that I needed to come back again as the guy that details it wasn't available. So I take it there twice before I finally called the manager. She was nice enough and listened to my issues. I get a call from my sales guy and was told to bring it back a week later which I did. Then they turn around and deny everything and argue over the phone. I have bought many cars in my life and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I would highly recommend people to STAY AWAY.... unless of course you enjoy being mistreated. More
They offered the best trade in value for my Tahoe and I bought the car that I wanted with much success. Before visiting this dealership we had been to several other car dealerships in Jacksonville. We were met in the lot by Kevin Frost with friendliness and no showy sales pitch that we were beginning to dre other car dealerships in Jacksonville. Kevin answered our questions with honesty and friendliness. Once we had spent a few minutes with Kevin we knew when we decided to buy a car it would be at Don Williamson because of the professional integrity of Kevin Frost. We were very pleased when we bought the Nissan Altima because the positive experience in dealing with this salesman made this a pleasant experience. More
Me and my wife went shopping for new and used cars at this dealership and had a very good experience. Mr. Frost, our salesmen, was very nice, friendly, and patient with us. Other dealerships we went to t this dealership and had a very good experience. Mr. Frost, our salesmen, was very nice, friendly, and patient with us. Other dealerships we went to that day didn't have the same level of customer service. He also quoted us out-the-door prices with most of them being within our budget and worked with us to find many cars that had what we wanted so we had a lot of choices, even for being so specific and picky. Some of the other dealerships offered better prices, but I felt I would get more out of these Nissan cars than anyone else. We also had a blow out after Christmas break and took our car in for service. They located all the tire problems promptly and replaced them quickly. Again the price was a little bit more than I was expecting for such service, but I know they could have easily charged me a lot more based on the fact I thought the wheel was broken and not just the tire; so I ended up spending much less than I originally had anticipated. I've been very happy with this dealership so far and would recommend them. I'm not sure about other salesmen or service for non-Nissan cars and engine service yet, but I'm given the impression they will have excellent service regardless as long as you aren't trying to penny pinch and will pay a little bit more for quality. This worst service I’ve ever received from a car dealership. I brought my car there for service and after being called up to come pick up my car 6 TIMES, and every time it was not fixed. I go to dri dealership. I brought my car there for service and after being called up to come pick up my car 6 TIMES, and every time it was not fixed. I go to drive my car and before I get out of the parking lot, I hear the rattling in my rear axle area. The service Dept said they couldn’t hear anything, however when I take one of them for a ride, in the parking lot, the hear it right away. That tells me they did zero work to it and the quality of the "work" they did do was far below any standard. My advice, go to another dealership if you value your time and the work done to your vehicle. More

I bought my new Murano at Don Williamson and I couldn't be happier; everyone was really nice and I got the car I wanted!
