On May 29th I called the dealership to question about a vehicle I was interested in. I was told a deal was pending and they woyld call if anything changes. I drove 1.45 hours to get told they sold the vehicle the night before. Keep in mind they confirmed I was coming. They offered to fill my tank up, I told them I would have preferred they called me and to keep their gas. This deslership clearly places sells above integrity and honesty. I have requested the owner or his daughter call me, let see if they do. I am not casting anything negitive on the staff there. This is an owner, GM, and sales manger issue. They have an integrity issue there. Be very careful of you are doing any business with this dealership over the phone. They clearly lied to me and my guess is they will lie to you. More

The worst ever! I have been going there for 3 years and no problems. I went on January 9th to end my lease and purchase the car. Smooth process, got "APPROVED" "SIGNED A CONTRACT" and left. A month passed no problems. I went on January 9th to end my lease and purchase the car. Smooth process, got "APPROVED" "SIGNED A CONTRACT" and left. A month passed by and I never received any paper work from the bank so that I could set up my account and make my first payment. I reached out to the dealer on Feb 6th because I never heard from the bank, they did not know what was going on and they said that they were going to find out and call me back. No call back! I called the next day Feb 7th and I finally found out that the finance department never sent the paper work needed to close the deal with the bank. On Feb 10th I rep from the finance department (not the rep I closed the first deal with) called me stating that they are sorry but that the first deal (on January) was never approved (but yet i signed a contract) and that I was denied because of a negative withdraw I had on my bank statement. (FALSE) Why? because I called the bank myself and they stated that my loan was approved and that the dealership failed to submit the paperwork!!! Now they re-submitted the application in which it was denied (thats another inquiry hit on my credit) and they "WENT THROUGH A LOT OF WORK" to get me approved with another bank and now they want to stick me with a higher interest rate and higher payment that we had signed a contract in the first place. WHEN THEY CALL A BANK AND YOU GET APPROVED, THE BANK ALREADY HAVE CHECKED ALL THEIR REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO GET APPROVED OR DENIED. THE BANK STATEMENT IS USED TO VERIFY THAT THE INCOME YOU ENTERED ON THE APPLICATION MATCHES THE STATEMENT AND THAT YOUR ARE NOT FALSIFYING. THE WITHDRAWS YOU MAKE IS NOT THEIR CONCERN. THIS CAME FROM THE BANK!!!! I contacted BBB and also Nissan Corporate and notified them and now I have a car that hasn't been paid in a month and Corporate is waiting for their pay off on this vehicle!!! I am not going to pay more for their mistakes. UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE! Its sad that they are blaming the banks for their negligence and irresponsibility! The bank is also in the loop and not happy because this is a deal they lost because of what they did! Its sad to say that if you ever make a deal with this dealership, you have to put in extra work and follow up with them as well as the bank so you don't get screwed over like they are trying to do with me!!! BE AWARE!!!!!! More

I would give this dealership 10 stars! That are the model of what a dealership should be. I told them what i was looking for and they went beyond.
