We believe that this review is inflammatory and will be reporting it as such. Our GM has tried to explain to you that we have the video of your car being at the dealership, clearly showing that your vehicle did not sustain any damage while it was here. We have invited you to sit down and watch the video to prove that this did not happen here and will be sharing the video with a YouTube link here to show everyone that your claim is false. Your video will not show that the vehicle wasn't damage there. It just wont show that it was. I.e. someone dropping a tool etc. on the grille trim. I look forward to you posting the link as you stated you would do.
