If you're willing to take the chance, go for it. Perhaps you'll be one of the lucky ones. The dealership has a history through the years of taking advantage of people and especially our young service members but it doesn't stop there. They are the reason dealerships in this town have a bad name and why people go elsewhere to purchase. I made a drastic mistake and gave them a chance. It cost me, don't get burned like I did. More
Most amazing experience EVER at any place I have ever been. Not just car dealerships, I mean anywhere. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. It was the most thorough explanation before or after any of my other car purchases. I truly cannot say enough about Sebastian. He is AWESOME!! I have told everyone how happy I am with him and the entire place. Friendly, professional, helpful, etc. etc. etc. Rick was awesome. Heaven, Katie, Jenny May, and several others were amazing. I purchased a 2020 Altima Platinum from Al Howard on 10/20/20. Al was top notch at every step of the way. I came in with pre-approved financing and knowing exactly what I wanted and what my purchase price needed to be; not only was it was met, but the bottom price never changed. For the first time I never felt any pressure or stress at a dealership. Everything was incredibly smooth and had an excellent experience. Excellent job. More
On May 29th I called the dealership to question about a vehicle I was interested in. I was told a deal was pending and they woyld call if anything changes. I drove 1.45 hours to get told they sold the vehicle the night before. Keep in mind they confirmed I was coming. They offered to fill my tank up, I told them I would have preferred they called me and to keep their gas. This deslership clearly places sells above integrity and honesty. I have requested the owner or his daughter call me, let see if they do. I am not casting anything negitive on the staff there. This is an owner, GM, and sales manger issue. They have an integrity issue there. Be very careful of you are doing any business with this dealership over the phone. They clearly lied to me and my guess is they will lie to you. More
Had a vehicle on True Car for sale. I inquired and got a call back saying the service department was checking it out. The next day it was updated over $1,000 more. BUYER BEWARE.
