Service is a real problem at this dealership. They are unable to diagnose a problem without their computer (on-board) gizmo. I've had the car for service 3 times (they are 200 miles round trip away) and t unable to diagnose a problem without their computer (on-board) gizmo. I've had the car for service 3 times (they are 200 miles round trip away) and they are unable/unwilling to fix the car. A local garage figured out the problem just from my description. Service managers aren't very interested in anything but their social life. Had it with them! More
