The vehicle I purchased was cleaned and ready to go. Jason (Sales Staff) was easy to work with and informative and assisted with moving my 5th wheel from my trade-in to the new truck. Car was not cleaned well when we picked it up. Mud in the back seat floorboards and to hand prints on the liner in the very back. Very noticeable on a light colored liner. Not sure about the other fluids. We were only given one key fob. And the fact that there was only one was never mentioned at anytime. Response when we asked was a shrug and saying I can't give you what I don't have. Have purchased from here before with much better customer service. Also when doing the financing, loan agent was speaking very loud about personal information. So everyone in the showroom could hear her. I am sure that everyone knew our terms and credit scores. That is unacceptable. More

Purchased an $81,000 2021 F350 DRW 4x4 in Sept 2023 from salesman Mike Hartman and general manager Mike Barker and was told multiple items serviced prior to purchase. After several hour drive home found ma salesman Mike Hartman and general manager Mike Barker and was told multiple items serviced prior to purchase. After several hour drive home found many of the items stated to have been serviced appearing in need of repair/service. Attempted to contact dealer for repair and was belittled by the general manager for following up on items. Attempted to contact owner by phone to discuss interactions with general manager and issues with truck and was told all communication would need to go through general manager. Sent owners Don and Vicky Vance a certified letter attempting to remediate issues with truck purchase prior to leaving review and had no response 3 weeks later. More
