The vehicle I purchased was cleaned and ready to go. Jason (Sales Staff) was easy to work with and informative and assisted with moving my 5th wheel from my trade-in to the new truck. Car was not cleaned well when we picked it up. Mud in the back seat floorboards and to hand prints on the liner in the very back. Very noticeable on a light colored liner. Wiper fluid reservoir Mud in the back seat floorboards and to hand prints on the liner in the very back. Very noticeable on a light colored liner. Wiper fluid reservoir was totally empty. Not sure about the other fluids. We were only given one key fob. And the fact that there was only one was never mentioned at anytime. Response when we asked was a shrug and saying I can't give you what I don't have. Have purchased from here before with much better customer service. Also when doing the financing, loan agent was speaking very loud about personal information. So everyone in the showroom could hear her. I am sure that everyone knew our terms and credit scores. That is unacceptable. More
