Selling car to buyer in saint Louis county should provide emission inspection. They firstly lied that they have done it but could not find the paper file.(but no sticker on the window) And they asked me do i emission inspection. They firstly lied that they have done it but could not find the paper file.(but no sticker on the window) And they asked me do it and said to offer a reimbursement. Then the next day, they argue the inspection is not required, and regret to offer the reimbursement. And they admit that they are not certifid to do emission test at all. Rediculous dealer. More

My son and I went to buy a RAM truck and had problem after problem with paperwork, pricing, and then financing lied to us and even after writing a check to buy the truck outright and completing the paperwork, they wouldn't let us drive it off the lot, and said we would have to come back days later to get it. Then the 30-day temp tag was only a 3-week temp tag, and they refused to give us a new one. More

Extremely dishonest dealership! !! Priced a 2024 RAM 1500 Laramie that had an MSRP of $72,415 and was showing a dealer discount of $17,929 with rebates from RAM totaling $4,500. !! Priced a 2024 RAM 1500 Laramie that had an MSRP of $72,415 and was showing a dealer discount of $17,929 with rebates from RAM totaling $4,500. This particular truck has hail damage, which would explain the sizeable dealer discount. I questioned the salesman about the manufacturer rebates, as it should have been a 15% off MSRP rebate instead of $4,500. That would have made the rebate from RAM, a total of $10,862. He acted like he had no idea what this rebate was. It is a national rebate, so everyone qualifies for it. This 15% off MSRP rebate would have added an additional discount off the truck of $6,362. When coupling that with the dealer discount (again on a truck that has hail damage), total discounts should have been $28,791, for a sale price of $43,624. Unfortunately when I questioned them about this, all of a sudden, they tell me that it doesn't matter if I take the $4,500 rebate showing on their website, or the 15% off MSRP rebate that I asked them about (which was $10,862), the price of the truck was going to be the same. This is the deceptive and dishonest part. They already had a dealer discount. That dealer discount should have been honored regardless of the rebates from RAM. Instead, they were going to lower the dealer discount so that I wouldn't get the additional $6K off, for taking a truck off their hands that has hail damage. Salesman had no good explanation for me other than it is at the discretion of the manager as to what the dealer discount will be on the vehicle. In other word, they can change it at anytime if it doesn't benefit them, despite already advertising it on their website. They only did that because they knew they were in a situation where they should have given me the extra discount. Instead, they chose to be dishonest and deceptive. More

Bought a 2015 Ford Edge from Don Vance Jeep in June 2022 (approximately 3,000 miles ago). Now Don Vance Ford says we need a new engine to the tune of approximately $7,000. They say they changed the engine o (approximately 3,000 miles ago). Now Don Vance Ford says we need a new engine to the tune of approximately $7,000. They say they changed the engine oil, but the oil dipstick is seized in the engine and they didn’t put a oil change sticker on the windshield. My fault for not checking on that. I would not recommend this dealership for any business. They’re not even willing to help me out with a trade in without discounting their offer by the full price of a new engine More
