My two year relationship at Don Thornton VW service &parts. Let me start out by saying that I do not trust many dealerships. I usually prefer a local garage if I can’t fix something. Over the last two years I have developed a relationship with the service department that is very important to me. John the service manager and Matt the lead tech have more than earned my respect and trust. My early experience at don thorton led me to believe I was being lied to. I was not happy. After all nothing is cheap about a VW repair where ever you go. The service manager and the lead tech Matt took me back to the car and proved their case. Contrary to my impression They had gone out of their way to make my situation work! Then given the entirety of the information I realized the type of folks I was working with. Just hard working, honest, customer oriented service professionals. I not only was was happy but I return again and again. John is an excellent service manager. Who’s views on customer service is what I think we all wish everyone’s was. I once had traveled out of town in a remote area and after a VW of America upgrade caused a fault in the system Doss from service and a tech on a Saturday helped me to figure out what was going on and how to compensate for it. They didn’t have to do that. Some may say they shouldn’t have but my wife and young kids sure appreciated it. I love my VW TDI’s and John let me know on one of my service visits they were fixing the TDI emissions buy back cars and they were for sale again. I bought another VW TDI I. January. I have had great experience with parts, service and sales but if were not for John, Curtis, Doss, of service I would never have given sales or parts the chance. 2019 Golf 2.0L GTI I wanted a new or used manual transmission, White or Black, turbo hatchback and Yuber was able to find me just what I wanted! Everything was quick and easy and I feel that I got a good value for my trade-in (actually what I was considering selling it myself). I’m not old, but am not familiar with new, fancy like, technologies and Yuber made sure that I didnt leave the lot uneducated (which was much appreciated, me being a teacher). I got what I wanted and I feel like I left with a good deal! I can continue to enjoy the VW experience which has been well worth it to me. I only drive VWs, so I am pleased with this sweet, special edition ride! I anticipate years of enjoyment like I have with my past golf and rabbit. More

He’s able to adapt and read people and adjust accordingly. Zach seems like a man you could spend hours talking to, if that’s what you’re wanting. Zach knew I was all about business and respected that which I really appreciate. He was friendly, funny, and able to do his job quickly along with throwing in light conversations and jokes. We would buy from him over and over again. More
