I was shopping for a new Passat and went to Tulsa Volkswagen as the closest dealer to my home. I was connected with Kim Tanner, who, as a salesperson, I cannot say enough good things. However, the sales management was very poor, giving the run around and contradictory information. I eventually found a different dealer, a long way from my home, and had a very pleasant experience. If you go to this dealer, ask for Kim ... a very professional and helpful person. More

I went online looking for a new Jetta TDI. The internet sales manager, I think his name was Jermaine, called me within 5 minutes after I filled out the online inquiry. He let me know which vehicles they h sales manager, I think his name was Jermaine, called me within 5 minutes after I filled out the online inquiry. He let me know which vehicles they had on the lot that matched what I was looking for. He was easy to talk to and deal with. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for so I set an appointment to go drive it. Once I got there the manager introduced me to the saleswoman Kim Tanner. She showed me the car and everything about it. Everybody is so nice and courteous there! They made it easy for me to buy a car that day. I'm delighted with my new Jetta and I tell all my friends to go see them if they're looking for a vehicle. Kim was great! More
