I just bought a used 2006 VW jetta, and I couldnt be more pleased with the the way me and my family was treated. I came to the store after having purchased a new Touareg, to receive helpful information about the car...and I knew that my salesman who had helped me previously might not be available when I came in, but I to receive helpful information about the car...and I knew that my salesman who had helped me previously might not be available when I came in, but I had assured him that I would be happy even if it would be a different person that would help me. So when I came to the store, my regular salesperson was not there, so instead Bill Watkins said he would be happy to assist me. What a terrific guy! He was VERY knowledgable about my vehicle, and was very thorough as he went through the entire car...explaining every little detail and the functions of the cars devices and so forth. He made me feel important and made sure not to rush through anything, but instead he took all the time necessary to answer my questions. He even told me to come back if I thought of any other questions that I needed answered about the car. He definitely gets a 10/10 from me. More
