Honesty, all you need in a Car Dealership. When I began the buying process with Don Thornton VW, I was reluctant because I had never purchased a used vehicle that was located in a completely di When I began the buying process with Don Thornton VW, I was reluctant because I had never purchased a used vehicle that was located in a completely different state. When you haven't even seen the vehicle you have many apprehensions. However, Tom sent me pictures and diligently described every single minor flaw. He went above and beyond to assure that I was happy with the truck before I even booked a flight to go up to Tulsa and see it. Usually, pictures of small paint scuffs or nicks are much worse in person but much to my surprise, when the truck rolled out of their detail shop, it looked far better than the pictures let on. Everyone I worked with, from the sales department to the finance department were fantastic. These guys even picked me up and dropped me back off at the airport! I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them because when it comes to dealerships honesty is hard to come by and that is exactly what you get with Don Thornton VW. More
