Quick easy and very friendly. My personal experience was with a used vehicle. I came in and the gentleman who helped me mr. Tom Tatro was very nice and upfront about everything and My personal experience was with a used vehicle. I came in and the gentleman who helped me mr. Tom Tatro was very nice and upfront about everything and just a pleasure to talk to in general. There was no pressure to buy and the whole experience was laid back and very comfortably paced, never got a feeling of being rushed or that "sales" urgency you get some places. I got a really good deal on the vehicle. The service was above and beyond too. They took care of both of the service recalls on the used vehicle before they gave it to me and they lent me a very nice car to use in the meantime. I'm not sure if that's standard practice amongst dealerships but I thought it was a very nice gesture and good business. I'm hoping everybody has this experience there because it was awesome. Informative, easy and great salespeople! I recently purchased my first VW. I have always been a GMC or Chevy owner mainly because my father has been a mechanic all his life and growing up in I recently purchased my first VW. I have always been a GMC or Chevy owner mainly because my father has been a mechanic all his life and growing up in our house there was never any other option! I actually broke the cycle about 3 years ago & purchased a Nissan. I definitely got the miles out of that car that I had intended, but it was time for a new ride. David Beaudry was my salesman and he did not disappoint. He was very informative and always made sure I had an answer to any one of my million questions. He even traveled from Tulsa to Claremore to have the final paperwork completed. My schedule was so hectic and he knew that so he offered to come to me. All in all it was a great experience and I am very satisfied. I absolutely love my new Jetta and I'm sure I will try my hardest to drive the wheels off of it like I did my Nissan. :-) Thank you Don Thornton and David Beaudry for making this such a great experience!
