A lot of people don't know this... but 15 or 20 years ago the extended warranties that they offer went out of business & Don honored the customers who had the warranties Don Sitts paid for repairs ourt of his own pocket it cost him 2 or 3 million if I remember I know it was at least a million he paid out of his pocket which he didn't have to. This is the only dealer I go to! I highly recommend them! More

Terrible experience. The salesperson was dishonest, or he had no knowledge about vehicles. Right after we bought a 10 year old used car for our 18 year old daughter, we faced many failures and had to brin he had no knowledge about vehicles. My daughter could have been stuck on the way to her college if we did not notice prior to her departure. SAFETY is the most important factor for buying a first car for young adults. Please be honest and tell the customer if you are aware of any problems as a human being. I wonder if he sold this car to his own family( especially a teen driver)?? More
