Service Department I had Rypma Chevrolet change the oil in my 2014 Corvette. The individual who performed the maintenance left the oil filter loose and oil leaked out. W I had Rypma Chevrolet change the oil in my 2014 Corvette. The individual who performed the maintenance left the oil filter loose and oil leaked out. When I called to let them know they told me to drive it to the dealer and they would take care of it. After a discussion they agreed to come to my house and repair it. They did come out and take care of it and cleaned my garage floor with brake clean. A few days later I was washing the car and noticed under the front bumper the paint scraped off about the width of the floor lift. I returned to the dealer and had Harlan Rypma look at it and he denied that they scraped the bottom of the car. He did not offer to bring it into the shop to see if this scrape was the same size of the lift. The car has only 2000 miles on it and I am the only driver of it.
