Poor quality of vehicles I bought a new 2012 Impala from them and the car quit in 350miles and had to have the computer replaced. I bought a 2014 Silverado and it has had ever I bought a new 2012 Impala from them and the car quit in 350miles and had to have the computer replaced. I bought a 2014 Silverado and it has had everything From the computer display going out to the transmission having to be checked due to problems with 5 - 6 recalls. I even payed for the extended warranty and now the windshield washer on the right side quit and the a/c is messing up and they told me I have to pay for all of it since the extended warranty doesn't cover any of it. I paid approx 2000 dollars for the warranty. What good is it? Do not deal with this dealership! Oh! The last time I had my oil changed there they did not put the filter on tight and I almost had a catastrophe with the engine also. More

Excellent and Efficient Let me start off with saying that I purchased my 2014 Cruze at another Chevy house (in killeen) and I still get treated well at Don Ringler. Today I came in to get my air conditioner fixed (under warranty), Dave and Mike took care of me getting me checked in. I was then told that my car may not be looked at today, now normally I would flip out because here I am at the dealership for a 9:30 am appointment with my five year old however, I remained calm. I was told I could get a ride back to Killeen with the courtesy driver but that would not have helped with getting back to Temple to pick up my vehicle whenever it was going to be ready. I believe it was a manager that came out and said hold on...we will get this straightened out. They put me in a 2015 Impala (which I fell in love with). To my amazement my car was ready at 4 in the afternoon. The guys were extremely helpful with not only getting things done in a timely matter but also with making sure I was good to go at pick up. I would highly recommend this service department to all Chevy owners. More

Did not fix the problem. The main reason I went in Don Ringler Chevrolet was to get my air conditioner fixed, the air conditioner was not cooling and I told them this multiple The main reason I went in Don Ringler Chevrolet was to get my air conditioner fixed, the air conditioner was not cooling and I told them this multiple times right when I got there. I also had a couple of recalls that needed to be fixed that were not as important. When I got there and asked for a loaner that I needed, because I am in school and had very important classes to be at certain times during the day. They did not give me one because I am 20 years old although I have received loaners at other Chevy dealerships and rental car organizations. All I had to do was sign an under 21-policy form. They didn't even take time to consider that and when i tried to tell them about it they blew me off and didn't take me seriously. I then had to wait 20 minutes for a courtesy driver to come pick me up, and I was not able to continue on with my day because I had no vehicle to drive. When they finally called me to let me know it was ready I asked for a courtesy driver to come pick me up. It then took over an hour for the driver to come to my house that is 10 minutes away from the dealership. Once again waiting on him took my valuable time away and was a huge inconvenience. When we finally got to the dealership they were telling me what recalls they fixed and said they "inspected the cooling lines" and everything was okay. I then said something had to be wrong because it is not cooling; they went on the say that everything was fine and blew it off. When I got in my truck and began to leave the air conditioning was not fixed. At this point I was not going to go back and deal with the unprofessional people working there. I will not be going there and i will definitely tell people not to got there. I felt like the workers did not take me seriously and were very unprofessional. The worst part to me was that they didn't think they did anything wrong and weren't accommodating at all. So in my opinion worst dealership I've ever been to. More
