Scheduled to have my truck air bag serviced. I showed up 15 minutes prior to Scheduled time. Was informed it could take up to 2 hrs, it actually took 32 minutes. Great Work Don Ringler employees always provide quality work. I took my truck into the dealership this past weekend for a routine oil change. Because the employees at Don Ringler always go above and beyond, they found a leak in my water pump during their multi-point inspection. Luckily, it was covered through my warranty and they were able to get it replaced before I came back. Billy was in contact with me the entire time, and within an hour of dropping my truck off the oil change was done and the new part was ready to go! Thanks for all y'all do! More

Service on my 2017 Silverado I dropped off my truck for a oil change and tires rotation and since it was late in the day I wasn't expecting it to be looked at till the next day.
