I was given an abundance of time to view several vehicles without pressure from a sales representative allowing me to thoroughly inspect each vehicle to ensure I was making the best decision for my family and I. Although Mr. Robert was currently working with other customers he made us feel comfortable and important rather than ignored and pushed to the side. I also had great assistance with the employee that took the time to help me with the financial side of our purchasing of the vehicle. James was busy with another customer, but we were not asked or expected to wait. Jesse Hoover let James know we were there and then went on to inquire what we wanted in a vehicle. He drove a vehicle up for us to look at and stayed available to answer any questions. I was very impressed by this extraordinary service. James was available by the time we were ready for the test drive. He also drove three other vehicles up for us to compare. James was very helpful and organized. We bought the silver Traverse and Travis made the paperwork a quick and easy process. Another impressive part of the process was discovery of the Don Ringler Chevrolet Family Plan that will provide additional complimentary services for a year! More

Service Department very slow in completing work. Did not follow up when repairs were delayed. Service department is rude and inefficient. I took my truck in for repairs one morning and was turned away because I didn't have an appt. which I understood. So I scheduled a day off of work and made an appt for that day at 8am. I took my vehicle in for my scheduled appt and had my wife wake up early to take me home. She went to work and I waited at home all day for the call to pick up my car. I finally got the call around 5:45pm to pick up my car. I was relieved. My wife got out of work to take me back and get my car. When I got there I was informed that my vehicle had not even been worked on. I was pissed! The service guy acted like it was no big deal that I sacrificed a whole day of work and was stuck at home all day for absolutely nothing. He just shrugged his shoulders and acted like tough sh** dude. I get turned away for not having an appt, and so I make an appt and still get nothing done. xxx? More
I went into the dealership with very low expectations of being approved to buy a new vehicle. The sales staff was phenominal and treated me so well. When I took delivery of my new car, my salesman gave me being approved to buy a new vehicle. The sales staff was phenominal and treated me so well. When I took delivery of my new car, my salesman gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to everyone. I was made to feel very important and like my business meant alot to them. Every person I came in contact with was very friendly. I didn't get the normal "dealership feel" with Don Ringler. It was more of a family atmosphere. I really appreciate all of them! More
