I’ve been doing business with Don Rich Ford for more than 50 years. That fact alone speaks for itself. They are friendly, honest, and efficient. They are my go to for service even though I have to drive 20 miles while passing another closer dealership. I am always treated like family anytime I am in the building. In 2022 we ordered a 2022 Ford Explorer Limited. When it arrived it was not as we had ordered. Since we had already sold our other vehicles, we had no choice but accept it. Bart worked with us on a reorder and got us into a new 2023 Explorer Limited at a very reasonable exchange. That is the kind of family owned business they have been for generations. More
Bought a used vehicle from them. Received a letter about a recall. Up to that point there hadn't been any problems with the vehicle. Took it in for the repairs and in about a month the transmission goes completely out. They tell me that it will cost over $6000 to fix. Needless to say I won't be going back to them for anything! From the moment I arrived at the dealership, there was someone available to help me. An employee named Bryson came out and talked to me about a couple of cars I was interested in and outlined some featur someone available to help me. I was able to test drive both cars and chose a 2017 Ford Escape. During the buying process, Bryson made sure the car was ready to go when I was ready to drive home in my previously owned (but new to me) vehicle. Keith, the general sales manager who helped finalize the sale of my Ford Escape, also did a great job. He was very patient when I ran into a snag concerning the security freeze I had on my credit. Once the freeze was lifted, the rest of the process was a breeze. He even gave me $20 to complete the emissions test that day so I could skip the tag office and have the new tag mailed to me! What a pleasant surprise! Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Ford vehicle in the future. More
*This is a review for the Service Department*I *This is a review for the Service Department* I initially dropped off my vehicle on November 18th due to the AC leaking water to the passenger floo *This is a review for the Service Department* I initially dropped off my vehicle on November 18th due to the AC leaking water to the passenger floor board. James was the service manager and was prompt and accurate with repair times. I discussed with James there was a strong odor of mold and that mold was present on the carpet and the foam/padding due to the AC leak. James confirmed they would clean up the mold (sent out to the detail shop). When I picked up the vehicle, I saw mold was still present. The first picture is the mold that was still present when I first picked up the vehicle. James assured me I could bring it back and they would get it cleaned up which was no problem. After a few days have passed, I checked under the floor mat and noticed water was leaking again on the passenger floor board. I scheduled an appointment for December 14th for the service department to take a second look and cleanup any remaining mold. I dropped off the vehicle for the 2nd time on Sunday evening (Dec 13th) and was told it would be ready December 14th. I called on December 14th to check on status and was told it would not be ready till Tuesday (Dec 15th). James, the service manager I initially worked with was out so I was working with Shane at this point. I called Shane to confirm the vehicle would be ready and if the mold was looked at and cleaned. He assured me the mold was cleaned. He also told me they could not get the AC to leak (I’ll update this review once I get a chance to test). I picked up the vehicle and the first thing I check for is the mold. Sure enough, the mold was still present and was not cleaned. The second picture I took at the dealership when I picked up the vehicle. Not sure what to think at this point as I’ve spent time and resources dropping/picking up the vehicle twice with no resolution. For anyone wondering, this truck is a 2019 and still under the factory bumper to bumper warranty. I’ll be contacting Ford corporate next to see if they can provide any assistance. More

Buying this car was a great experience, all the staff was very friendly and they worked with me to get a great deal. Recommend 10/10 More

Customer service while having a vehicle repaired has always left me with a good feeling that the repair has been done correctly at Don-Rich. Don-Rich always stands behind their repair work and warranty offered! I've had repairs made at other Ford dealers in the area only due to convenience and I have not been pleased with the results. So I have decided that the convenience was not worth it and I will be taking all my repair business to Don-Rich from now on convenience set aside. The guys that I have worked with at Don-Rich should all be commended for their work! The "Reason for Visit" box below will only allow me to check one box when in my case should allow two checks! More
