They were there to answer questions but also gave me some room to discuss wit I liked the professional way the customer is treated at this dealership. They were there to answer questions but also gave me some room to discuss with my wife exactly if this what the car we wanted and price we were willing to pay etc..I liked the fact at the end they take you to the service department and show you that area as well so when you have your first oil change for example your not lost. The night we bought the car it was getting close to closing time and even so we weren't pressured in anyway to leave they stayed answered all my questions in a friendly manner. More

Don Moore in Owensboro in Horrible Every car lot that Don Moore owns are exactly the same when it comes to customer service. Dishonest, rude, & manipulating when it comes to a sale on a Every car lot that Don Moore owns are exactly the same when it comes to customer service. I was quoted a price on a vehicle for my daughter the morning of 7/15/16 and both I and the manager agreed on that price. When my daughter arrived to signed the proper paperwork I was told by the manager that he could not honor our agreement and the price of the vehicle increased another $1100. I immediately voiced my displeasure with the manager about the games that they play and left the lot. Went to Evansville the next day and purchased the exact same vehicle for $950 less than Don Moore's original offer. That is the second vehicle I went to Evansville to purchase after dealing with Don Moore in the last 2 years. I WILL NOT BE FOUND WALKING ON ANOTHER DON MOORE LOT. More
