On 8/26/23 called the dealership to let them know I was less than a mile away and had a flat tire. Told the lady after calling the number for service and just kept getting voicemail only able to get throug less than a mile away and had a flat tire. Told the lady after calling the number for service and just kept getting voicemail only able to get through if you chose schedule an appointment that I had a flat on my way to dealership after noticing my tire light was on. Woman seemed concerned and asked if I could put on my spare! Well I wouldn't be going to dealership if I could do that! I was told she was going to contact ber supervisor and mark it urgent and I would get a call back in a few minutes. Waited over half hour and had to call back again and another woman answered. Was told she was contacting service again. Never heard back from anyone and eventually had to call someone else for assistance as I literally would still be sitting there waiting and still have never received a call back. I have bought 2 cars from this dealerships and have always had service there but never again! Service department is terrible there are things I have had happen (Scratched my whole dash when putting in my new radio and when they replaced the dash piece constantly finding screws from that and now the whole thing rattles) but looked the other way since I thought they treated their customers good but apparently not! More

Service Department Rocks! I recently needed all four of my brakes repaired...new pads...needed one rotor. They got me in right away the day I called and had me back on the roa I recently needed all four of my brakes repaired...new pads...needed one rotor. They got me in right away the day I called and had me back on the road in a few hours. I was prepared that I was getting close to needing new brakes. Each time I brought in the car for oil and tire rotation, they kept me posted. I am so impressed at the professionalism of the service staff at Don Miller. They also explain everything to you and always call me prior to going over any estimate. Keep up the great work! More

He insisted on taking me on a test drive to make sure I was truly getting what I wanted. He was patient in pointing out all the accessories and answering all my questions. He was fair and not all pushy during the negotiations. He seems to genuinely enjoy his job and helping customers find the vehicle that's right for him. Too bad that Subaru is so reliable and I may not be in the market for another 15 years. Hope he's still working then! More

I figured, like many dealers I've worked with in the past, that once I purchased my new car the dealer wouldn't give a hoot about me or my car. I was so wrong. I stopped into Don Miller recently and asked about a few scratches (normal wear and tear) on my car and wondered if it was covered by the protection plan I'd purchased. DJ said scratches aren't covered, but he wants me to continue loving my vehicle. He went above and beyond and immediately made arrangements to have them buffed out. For FREE! Incredible. Such great service. DEFINITELY recommend Don Miller Subaru and DJ as your dealer. More

Excellent People and Service DJ is very helpful and willing to go out of the way for people. I spoke to DJ about getting an automatic car starter for my vehicle months ago. I told him at the time it was not affordable to me. I was blessed this last Christmas when my parents gave me the money to purchase an automatic starter. I never even mentioned to them that I wanted it. God is good. I was in getting my Subaru serviced and spoke to DJ about the automatic starter. DJ checked for an automatic starter and had one in stock and told me he would give it to me at cost. I was blessed a second time. God is good all the time. DJ is patient and goes the extra mile. He is always friendly and cares about people. He has a positive attitude and charismatic personality. Thanks DJ for all you do. May God richly bless you. More
