Great Experiance. Quick and Painless I was looking for a new WRX and saw one that I was interested in online. Even though Don Miller doesn't have pictures of the vehicle online (get with I was looking for a new WRX and saw one that I was interested in online. Even though Don Miller doesn't have pictures of the vehicle online (get with the time Don Miller!) I contacted them to get an internet quote. The responded very quickly with a very good rate that was actually below the TMV. When I went to the dealer to check out the car, I was greeted by Conor Kuhnau. Conor was very easy going and great to do business with. No pressure at all to purchase or other typical salesman tactics. After the test drive we signed all the paperwork to pick up my car the next day. My value for my trade in was a little on the light side per KBB, but I didn't want to deal with selling it myself so I just ate the difference. When I came to pick up the car the next day everything was fairly seamless. They do try to get you to buy extended warranties, etc, but they are not pushy about it. It was fairly relaxed and I felt comfortable saying no. After all the paperwork was done Conor went through all the features of the car with me, which was nice. I had a problem with the toe alignment a couple days after I got it. I texted Conor and he took care of the issue immediately, getting me in to get it fixed the next morning. Overall, Conor and Don Miller was a great experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a Subaru go to their East Side location. More
