He took time to explain the different packages for warranties and didn't make us feel pressured into adding any additional coverage to the Subaru we bought. I had done my research, knew the model and color I wanted, and Maddie found the perfect match in the RS trim (certified pre-owned) without the $2100 extras I did not need (power seat, moon roof, Harmon Cardon stereo). She was very knowledgeable, didn't xx me, and gave me honest advice on trade-in. I had some concerns about class action lawsuits vs Subaru relating to TCV, head gasket, oil filter leaks on this model. She investigated each and we verified that they are covered by extended warranties. She put my concerns to rest. She was very patient with my many questions and excessive yacking.
