Excellent service I had read the reviews of a selection of vehicles on line and decided that the Outback was a vehicle that would meet my needs. I visited the showroom and was introduced to Danielle Juhl by the on line sales manager. Danielle was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that Subaru had to offer and after discussing with me what features I was interested in she was able to set me up with a test drive of several vehicles that had those features. I had test driven several comparable vehicles for comparison at competitors near by and found that the outback touring was my favorite. Danielle went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered and she arranged for my wife to also test drive the car. Danielle was both professional and personable in her sales approach. We could tell that she really cared about helping us find the right vehicle. He connected us with April Breunig who knew every single answer! She was wonderful & had a great sense of humor (which we appreciated) & she knows her cars!! Then it was on to Rory in financing who explained all of the extras & got us through the paperwork in language we could understand - also with humor which is a priority with us! We love our new Subaru Forester & wouldn't hesitate to call someone at Don Miller if we had a question.
